Dom is responsible for all activities related to sourcing, fundraising, and investor relations at the firm. Prior to joining Farol in 2024, Dom was a Senior Advisor at Capital Asset Advisors focused on buy- and sell-side M&A, real estate, and technology transactions. Prior to CAA, Dom was a management consultant at Jabian Consulting where he conducted business development for new clients, M&A roll up strategies, project management office optimization and was published in the company’s journal on various business topics. Dom also worked for several healthcare companies, including CVS Health during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, he was selected as an Albert W. Neimi C-Level fellow at the George W. Bush Institute. Dom is a United States Navy veteran, having served in the aviation community by way of supply chain and logistics. Mr. Haskett is also a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and University of Texas at Arlington College of Business.
