Lindsay Finan is a Vice President at Farol Asset Management, LP. She is responsible for all activities related to structuring, due diligence and monitoring of the firm’s investments. Prior to joining Farol in 2019, Mrs. Finan was a Senior Director on the Corporate Development team at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where she sourced, diligenced and structured new FinTech investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Prior to Broadridge, Lindsay was an Associate Analyst at NERA Economic Consulting, where she conducted empirical and theoretical economic analyses to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, antitrust litigation and competition policy. She began her career as an Analyst at Barclays Capital in the Global Markets division. Mrs. Finan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics with Honors, as well as a minor in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
